ISIS Hospitality broke ground in March on a new 78-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott, with underground parking, a swimming pool and a 3,700-square-foot conference space, next to Cadillac Jack’s.
Caleb Arceneaux, chief executive officer for ISIS, said there isn’t a surplus of hotel rooms in Deadwood.
“I think Deadwood is poised for growth,” he said. “We’re very optimistic about the market, and we wouldn’t be building if we weren’t.”
