Richard Dunkelberger, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dunkelberger joined ISIS Hospitality in August, 2007 after having spent over 25 years as a hospitality professional in the limited service, mid-market, and luxury segments of the industry. With an extensive knowledge-base from operating independent, small luxury hotels, world class restaurants, and IACC conference centers, his varied background provides him with a unique insight to head ISIS Hospitality. Rich has in-depth experience with hotel franchises and affiliations like Small Luxury Hotels, Relais & Chateaux, Best Western, Cendant, Choice, Carlson, AmericInn, La Quinta, Marriott and Intercontinental Hotels Group. He has worked extensively in San Francisco, Orange County, California and Charleston, South Carolina. Rich holds the Certified Hotel Administrator designation from the American Hotel and Lodging Association, and possesses a teaching credential in the State of California for private, post secondary institutions. He is an Air Force veteran, where he served as a Cryptologic Linguist with the National Security Agency.

Ken Klug, Chief Financial Officer
Joining ISIS Hospitality in March 2006, Mr. Klug provides nearly 20 years experience in finance and accounting in the hospitality and gaming industries. Ken specializes in establishing the financial components of start-up properties. Ken oversees all the financial aspects of the ISIS properties including: payroll, taxes, internal controls, financial statements, and budgeting. Ken served previously as an auditor with the South Dakota Commission on Gaming. Mr. Klug is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

Robert Almond, Director of Maintenance
Mr. Almond has an extensive background in property maintenance systems, preventative maintenance routines, contracting of outsourced maintenance solutions and training. He possesses intimate knowledge of the inner workings of each managed property to keep each hotel running smoothly through his professional and dedicated staff. Bob is a retired Air Force veteran.

Caleb Arceneaux, Director of Casino and Food & Beverage Operations
Mr. Arceneaux joined ISIS Hospitality in May 2010 after spending nearly 15 years as a hospitality professional in casino and food and beverage operations. Caleb has an extensive knowledge base in player reinvestment strategies, direct marketing, promotional programs, operational efficiencies, internal controls and maximizing ROI with various casino management systems. Mr. Arceneaux has in-depth experience in both commercial and Native American casino jurisdictions. Caleb's food and beverage experience originates in conference services and has developed into a solid background that consists of new construction project management, franchised food and beverage operations, menu development, cost control, and operational efficiencies. Mr. Arceneaux currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce as well as serving as the Vice President of the Deadwood Gaming Association.

Scott Lindeman, Director of Hotel Operations
Mr. Lindeman was promoted to the position of Director of Hotel Operations with Isis Hospitality in May 2010. He was promoted after working for the company over the previous four years, holding the positions of General Manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort. Scott possesses multi-brand experience working with Marriott, Carlson, LaQuinta, Choice and AmericInn. He directs the company's four limited service and two full service hotel operations. In addition to Mr. Lindeman's solid background in hotel management, he also holds the Certified Hotel Administrator designation from the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Mr. Lindeman is a graduate of Black Hills State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies.
