The Marriot’s chain of hotels will open a new franchise in Rapid City under the name of SpringHills Suites by Marriot

ISIS Hospitality has recently closed the deal with representatives of the Marriot’s chain of hotels. The franchise agreement is for the opening of a new Marriot hotel in the area which will operate under the name of SpringHills Suites.

This new hotel will have a total of 150 rooms, it will be an upscale hotel and will be constructed adjacent to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel next to the Watiki Waterpark.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriot will have a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq. foot conference center, featuring sophisticated video conferencing capability, it will be built with easy indoor access from all three hotels as well as Watiki Waterpark.
