Bradsky Family to Receive Tom Didier Excellence in Family Business Award

Event Planned in Conjunction with Legacy Tour hosted by Reptile Gardens

The Prairie Family Business Association will present the 19th Annual Tom Didier Excellence in Family Business Award to the Bradsky Family of ISIS Hospitality on Monday, September 26th at the Alex Johnson Grand Ballroom. The award presentation is part of the annual Legacies in Family Enterprise Tour which will begin at 4:00 with the Brockelsby family at Reptile Gardens. The award is presented on behalf of the Didier family in honor of Tom Didier in recognition of those families that exemplify Tom's characteristics of vision, integrity, and sense of caring for family and community, and his entrepreneurial zeal.

"We are so excited for the Bradsky family," commented Beth Adamson, Director of the PFBA. "The past eighteen recipients gather to nominate and select the annual recipient. The Bradsky's have definitely been a key player in the development of downtown Rapid City and a strong promoter of development for the region. Presenting the award to the current owners of the business Tom Didier was running when he suddenly passed away will be a very memorable event."

The entrepreneurial spirit runs deep in the Bradsly family. Like Tom Didier, and his father Charles Sr., and brother Charles Jr., Walt Bradsky has developed a passion for the Black Hills and has passed that passion to innovate, take risks, and treat other people 'as they would like to be treated' on to his children and grandchildren and extended family.

The family has developed many businesses over the years, including car dealerships, service stations, a dairy, ranching, casinos, hotels and restaurants and of course, ISIS Hospitality.

Event details and agenda can be found at www.fambus.org. Registration for the event can be obtained by calling the PFBA office at 605-782-3225 or email you registration request to fba@usd.edu.
